Columbus Commons is proud to host the Actors’ Theatre of Columbus for twelve performances of Shakespeare in the Park this spring and fall. The Actors' Theatre will perform two plays - Comedy of Errors in May and Romeo and Juliet in September. Thanks to generous support from the AT&T Foundation, all twelve performances are free!
Columbus City Schools high school students, teachers, and staff are encouraged to attend Friday evening shows on May 10th and 17th, and September 13th and 20th for student nights! At these performances, students and their families, as well as teachers and staff, will be invited to enjoy the show from the VIP tent. In the VIP tent, guests will be treated to pizza, soda, and dessert. To reserve your spot or if you have any questions, email RSVP@downtowncolumbus.com. Student of City Schools ID required for entry to the VIP tent.
The Comedy of Errors
Comedy of Errors is one of Shakespeare’s earliest plays. It is a slapstick comedy about two sets of identical twin brothers and a series of escalating misunderstandings and mishaps.
