CANCELED - Harvest Fair

We were all set to celebrate fall with our annual Harvest Fair tomorrow, but it looks like unfortunately Mother Nature has different plans. Due to the weather, Harvest Fair has been canceled, but we hope you'll join us at the park another day when the sun returns!

Saturday, October 3 from 2 pm to 6 pm

Don’t miss this great celebration of the fall season at Columbus Commons! The Harvest Fair will feature a full day of free and ticketed family-friendly rides, games, and entertainment that will bring thousands of people to the heart of Downtown. Families are invited to enjoy carousel rides, inflatable games, fall-themed arts and crafts, a pumpkin patch, and much more. Many activities are free and some activities require a $5 wristband for unlimited fun.

  • Inflatables*
  • Laser Tag*
  • Face Painting*
  • Hay Rides*
  • Carousel Rides*
  • Pumpkin Painting – Presented by OSU Urban Art Space (Pumpkins can be purchased from our pumpkin patch for $2 each)
  • Petting Zoo
  • Pumpkin Craft- Presented by American Girl
  • PNC Grow Up Great Station

Guests from Columbus Children’s Theatre will also be on site from 3 pm - 4 pm, including Rapunzel, Prince Charming, Charlie Brown and Snoopy

* A $5 wristband (cash only) can be purchased at the Info Tent by the carousel to provide unlimited access to the activities with asterisk above. Wristband sales will stop at 5:30 pm.

Join us on Labor Day weekend for a day of free and ticketed family entertainment. Families can enjoy carousel rides, inflatable games, face painting, arts and crafts, and much more! Many activities are free and some activities require a $5 wristband for unlimited fun.

Activities include:

Plus special appearances by Elsa, Anna and Spiderman from 4-6 pm!

Food Trucks: Pitabilities, Mixing Bowl and Bacon the Food Cart

Saturday, May 23 from 4 pm to 8 pm, followed by a free showing of Big Hero 6 at 8:15pm

Columbus Commons will kick-off the 2015 event season with a day of free and ticketed family entertainment. Families can enjoy carousel rides, inflatable games, a petting zoo, arts and crafts, and much more! Many activities are free and some activities require a $5 wristband for unlimited fun. Stick around for a free movie at 8:15pm – the family-friendly classic film, Big Hero 6, rated PG - presented by Heartland Bank. Blankets and chairs are welcome; please leave coolers at home. Food trucks Taco Sherpa and Pitabilities will be onsite, and the Commons' cafe Tortilla will also be open.

Stop by the Info Tent near the Carousel beginning at 7:30pm to pick up your bag of complimentary popcorn, thanks to Heartland Bank, for the free movie. Popcorn is available while supplies last.
