Come to the Commons Tuesday mornings for an energizing workout sponsored by UnitedHealthcare. CrossFit is a mix of constantly varied functional movements. From beginner to advanced, highly trained coaches will take you through a full body work out. Work outs will consist of running, jumping, calisthenics and other fun stuff designed to test and develop every aspect of fitness.
At 6pm on Tuesday, June 19th, people from all walks of life, all backgrounds, all faiths, all ages will join together for a performance at Columbus Commons to celebrate Columbus by performing the Sister Sledge anthem "We Are Family."
Arrive between 5:30-5:55 p.m., and gather in the center of the park while waiting for instruction. More information is available at The Harmony Project's Facebook Event Page.
Celebrate the summer solstice with 108 sun salutations at sunrise in Columbus Commons!
Sun salutations will begin at 6 a.m., please arrive by 5:45 a.m. to receive your counting beans and prepare.

Each class starts out with a group warm-up, followed by a fast-paced workout and concludes with a cool-down. You will work hard, learn usable skills, have fun and get results.
