Bootcamp is a constantly varying mix of functional movements using your body weight and other equipment. Each class starts out with a group warm-up, followed by a fast-paced workout, and concludes with a cool-down. You will work hard, have fun, and get results. Instructor: Mitch Potterf.
All participants are required to register by filling out an online waiver and release. Online registration is available now for all 7 weekly classes for both sessions. Once you register, you will have access to all classes throughout the season. Only one registration is required per person. If you participated in Columbus Commons Fitness Classes last year, please submit a new online registration form. Enjoy a plethora of fantastic lunch options on Thursdays at Columbus Commons. The Food Truck Food Court features local food trucks serving up some of the best eats Columbus has to offer. Enjoy unique dishes and desserts from Challah, Paddy Wagon, Pitabilities, Tatoheads, The Angry Wiener, Tortilla, and two more rotating trucks.
Columbus Commons welcomes Run Like a Girl. Run along the Scioto River waterfront in Dowtown Columbus, Ohio and pick your choice of three distances. Both runners and walkers are welcome to enjoy a morning of fun, exercise, meeting new people and more. All three races will begin and finish at Columbus Commons. Proceeds of this event will help benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (Team in Training) and the American Heart Association “Go Red for Women.” Learn More>>
