Reservations are open for groups to host their next get-together at the vibrant Columbus Commons park, located in the heart of Downtown Columbus. VIP tents are available on select evenings in conjunction with internally produced CDDC free concerts. These events provide an exciting, one-of-a-kind venue for hosting groups in an open-air environment.
The experience is ideal for company outings, member organization networking opportunities, happy hour meet-ups, birthday parties or other special occasions.

Our VIP package is $350 and includes 50 drink tickets, which are good for any drinks at the bar including beer, wine, our specialty cocktail, Pepsi products and water. Additional tickets can be purchased for $5 per ticket. Non-alcoholic beverage tickets, good for only Pepsi products, can be purchased separately for $2/ticket. Tickets cannot be returned after the event for reimbursement. No outside beverages are permitted in your VIP tent.

While we do not provide food for your tent, you are welcome to bring in your own. You can also separately coordinate with our on-site café, Tortilla, to have your tent catered with delicious and fresh Mexican cuisine.
The minimum cost of a VIP Tent package is $350, which is required to reserve the date for your group. After submitting this registration form, you will be contacted by a Columbus Commons employee to confirm your registration and discuss additional needs for your VIP tent. At this time you will be sent an invoice via email for your VIP package ($350), which can be paid either by check or via PayPal.
Additional alcoholic drink tickets, non-alcoholic drink tickets, and cases of water can be added up to 48 hours prior to your event. Capitol South will send an invoice with the remaining balance within 14 days after the event, and payment is due no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
